Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
1. Introduction
Baitham Labs operates this website and a number of software applications (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information the Services collect, how it is used and stored, and the rights available to you. By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data. Where you connect a third-party account, the access and refresh tokens issued by that provider, together with the basic profile details it returns — display name, account identifier and profile image.
- User-generated content. Text, images and video you create or upload through the Services.
- Usage metrics. Performance data returned by a provider for content published through the Services.
We do not collect payment details, and we do not purchase personal data from third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information is processed for the following purposes:
- To authenticate with providers you have connected — performance of a contract.
- To publish, schedule and manage content at your instruction — performance of a contract.
- To display results and metrics back to you — performance of a contract.
- To diagnose faults and maintain reliability — legitimate interests.
- To comply with applicable law — legal obligation.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on infrastructure under our control and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is restricted to those who operate the Services. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users without undue delay.
5. Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on third-party platforms. Where you connect an account, we request only the permissions the feature requires, scoped to the specific account or channel you select during authorisation.
Information received through a platform's API is used only to provide the feature you enabled. It is not transferred to any other party, and is never used for advertising, profiling, or to train machine learning models.
Each platform handles data under its own privacy policy, which governs information held on their systems. We recommend reviewing the policy of any platform you connect.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It is disclosed only in these circumstances: to a platform you have instructed us to publish to; to service providers strictly necessary to operate the Services; or where required by law or to protect legal rights.
7. Data Retention
- Access tokens — until the account is disconnected, then deleted.
- Content and media — until you delete it, or the Service is discontinued.
- Diagnostic logs — typically no longer than 90 days.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also revoke a connected account's access at any time from that platform's own account or application settings, independently of us.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom
Under the GDPR you additionally have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request its deletion, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or session recording. Applications may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in; these are not used for tracking.
10. International Data Transfers
Connected third-party platforms may process data in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred internationally, it remains subject to this policy and to the safeguards offered by the relevant provider.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us and it will be deleted.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
